Stress is a killer! And on a particular bad day, I went to see Anna, I was wound up like a top, and ready to pop. I was going on vacation the very next day and I was thinking that I would never be able to relax and enjoy the time off.

 

Anna and I have been working together for 7 years, I go see her for many problems. Stress is as much a mental problem as it is a physical one, so treating it takes the responsibility of both her abilities and my mental change.

 

I really wanted to go and relax and enjoy my vacation with my family, but my reaction to everything was raw and edgy. Her treatment that night was miraculous, I can't remember a time where I left the table and felt such a dramatic immediate difference.

 

The inner peacefulness kept improving over the next 48 hours, I was able to go and enjoy my family vacation with a genuine smile and a feeling of contentment, it was like she filled my jar of patience and joy.
