I teach on beach to the right of the pier in front of the ocean. WE ARE ON THE BEACH 🏝 RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OCEAN.
You will see me by myself or with other people stretching, moving slowly doing Qi Gong or standing meditating.
Wear sunglasses if you have to.
I PREFER YOU DO QI GONG BAREFOOT, SO YOU GROUND YOURSELF TO THE EARTH.
ONE HOUR - or leave whenever you want to.
