Dr. Dolopo,

 

Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me and my family. We are so lucky and beyond thankful to have two babies because of your help. In 2019, I came to you because my husband and I tried for a baby for two years. You were referred to me by another doctor who unfortunately was unable to care for his patients due to medical reasons, and you took me under your care.

 

I saw you for a few months before we started our IUI treatments and by the second treatment we had a successful pregnancy test. We welcomed a baby boy in November 2020.

 

After a few years, my husband and I wanted to try for a second baby. I’ve heard once you’ve had your first baby, trying for your second should be easy, but it wasn’t.

 

We went back to IUI treatments and after 8 rounds of unsuccessful IUI treatments we decided to do IVF.

 

At the beginning of 2024 I started taking medications to start the IVF process. We did the first stage with the egg retrieval and none of our eggs survived. I was completely heartbroken.

 

Then I called Dr. Dolopo and explained to my situation. She recommended for me to come every week for one to two sessions or as much as I could, while balancing work and raising a toddler. My husband and I were not sure when we wanted to do another round of IVF so we took some time off from trying for our second baby. After a couple months of seeing Dr. Dolopo, my husband and I were planning to take a trip with our son for 2 weeks. My husband and I decided once we were back from our trip, we will start the IVF process again. I called my doctor and let him know we are going to try IVF again and they told me to call them back once I get my period. I had an idea of when my period would start because I was tracking my cycles. It was the week of my period and I noticed I was a day late then two days late and then a week late. To much of our surprise, we were pregnant. I got pregnant naturally and carried to full term. We welcomed a baby girl in November 2024. Thank you so much Dr. Dolopo, we seriously couldn’t thank you enough for all the help and guidance you’ve given us to have our family of 4.
