Massage therapy is most effective when it becomes part of a consistent wellness routine, but sessions are always recommended, never required.

Members are encouraged to schedule massages at the pace that feels right for their body, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Whether you come for stress relief, recovery, pain management, or self-care, your membership is designed to support your journey with flexibility and ease.

Acupuncture membership or prepaid acupuncture treatments cannot be interchanged or replaced with massage.
