Knee Pain Quick Case Study
A 52-yo male patient came in for severe pain in his right knee. He rated the pain as a 10 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest level of pain) for the past 3 weeks. At the exact of time of treatment, the pain was a 7.
He experienced:
Instability in the knee
Pain in the knee
Difficulty standing up from a sitting position
Walking or running
At the end of the treatment, the pain had improved by 85%.
NONE of the needles placed were in the area of pain. Balance Method acupuncture was used as the therapy modality.
