Natural Fertility Intensive Program

3-Month Program | $15,000

Every fertility journey is unique. Our purpose is to support both partners physically, emotionally, and spiritually while optimizing your body's natural ability to conceive.

This comprehensive program is designed to provide intensive care, education, accountability, and encouragement over the course of three months.

​

What Is Included:

Unlimited Acupuncture 

Both partners receive unlimited acupuncture treatments throughout the three-month program.

Each treatment is approximately 30 minutes or longer, depending on your individual needs. You can stay 1-3 hours if the table is not needed and if I feel it would be safe for you to have long treatments frequently.

 

Three Months of Customized Chinese Herbal Medicine

Personalized herbal formulas are provided for both Mommy and Daddy throughout the duration of the program.

Herbal prescriptions may be adjusted as your body responds to treatment.

 

Weekly Fertility Consultations

One consultation each week is included.

Consultations may be:

• Together as a couple

• Individually

• In person

• By telephone

During these visits, we may discuss topics including:

• Fertility goals

• Intimacy

• Nutrition

• Lifestyle habits

• Mindset

• Emotional well-being

• Stress management

• Sleep

• Exercise

• Supplements

• Laboratory findings, when applicable

• Progress throughout your fertility journey

If additional consultations are desired beyond the weekly consultation, they are available for $100 per consultation, whether individually or together as a couple.

Daily Fertility Mindset Training

A healthy mind and a hopeful heart are important parts of your fertility journey.

Throughout the program, you'll receive personalized daily mindset training designed to help cultivate peace, confidence, resilience, and a positive outlook as you work toward growing your family.

We ask for a commitment of just 1 to 5 minutes each day. If you'd like additional guidance or deeper coaching, call or text me.

Mindset training may include:

• Guided visualization

• Positive affirmations

• Breathwork

• Prayer (if desired)

• Gratitude practices

• Stress reduction techniques

• Emotional resilience exercises

• Simple daily habits that support your fertility journey

• For those of you interested, you'll be included in the WhatsApp forum. You will not be asked to reveal who you are or participate. I post a lot of my training through that platform. I will also be sending private pages of training. You do the work at your pace, your willingness and your timeline.

These brief daily practices are designed to complement your acupuncture treatments, herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations as part of a comprehensive approach to optimizing fertility.

Massage Therapy

Included in your program:

Our Shared Goal

Our shared goal is to help you optimize your fertility and, ideally, achieve pregnancy during this three-month intensive.

Every individual and every couple responds differently to care. While pregnancy cannot be guaranteed, we are committed to providing comprehensive support and personalized guidance to help maximize your opportunity for success.

The commitment you make to your treatments, nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, emotional wellness, and home care can play an important role in your overall progress.

 

When Pregnancy Is Achieved

Should pregnancy occur during your three-month program, Mommy will continue to receive complimentary acupuncture treatments throughout her pregnancy until full term and the birth of your beautiful baby.

We consider it an honor to continue supporting both mother and baby during this special season. If Daddy would like acupuncture, the cost is $120 (or whatever the current cost is for non-fertility acupuncture at the time). 

The focus now is all on pregnancy care, baby, and mommy. 

 

Program Duration

Your program begins on your official start date and concludes at the end of the third month.

If pregnancy has not yet been achieved by the conclusion of the program, you may choose to continue your care.

The fertility acupuncture treatments and the program will not extend after 3 months.

Continuing Your Fertility Journey

The complete one-year Natural Fertility Program is valued at $45,000.

Following the initial three-month intensive, you may continue with either of the following options:

• An additional three-month intensive for $15,000, or

• The remaining nine months of the annual program for $30,000 

This allows you to continue building upon the progress you have already made with continuity of care.
